Every Purely Pixie Apothecary product is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected botanical ingredients. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may naturally occur. These variations are part of the handcrafted process and do not affect product quality.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, ingredient lists, and product photographs. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

Orders

Once an order is placed, we begin preparing it as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us promptly. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipment.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions. Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
